Title Sequence Group Project

I was really interested in designing a title sequence animation as I did a graphic design course before coming to university.
I was the producer and director in this group and I produced schedules. I did all of the animation for this project as well as some of the assests.
I learnt how important the role of a producer is and how important good scheduling and planning is to producing an animation. I learnt how to make schedules and learnt how important team work is in animation. I learnt how to try and make production plans and how to work with people and how to work to tight deadlines. This project also taught me how important good communication with the team is.

I feel I worked really hard and I am proud of what I achieved and what I produced in such a short amount of time. I had issues with communication within the team and I feel I tried my best to include everyone in the project. In future I will try different strategies to get people more involved and engaged in the project.
