Dog Walk Cycle

My first quadruped animation. I struggled at drawing the dogs limbs and learning to time it so that it didn't look like it was either growing and shrinking or limping. It was a difficult task but I expect that in the animation world I will have to animate plenty of animals so I do want to practice more. Overall I am proud of how the animation came out even though I struggled initially.

Police Car

Took a video of a police car driving fast and tried to Rotoscope it in TVpaint for my experimental animation module. I will try further to experiment with different types of marks and lines on this piece of animation to make it more dramatic and interesting.

Skip Cycle

This is my first attempt at a skip cycle. I struggled with this task at first because I struggled to keep the form in the right place and not have the character skip off screen. However for my first skip cycle I am quite proud. It need more work on the inbetweens as some of the frames go to far causing the animation to feel a bit jerky.

Front Walk Cycle

This is my first attempt at animating a walk cycle from the front on perspective. I think it turned out quite well however I would like to fix his arm as it jitters when it goes back. This is probably because of one frame where the arm shape is not consistent. I would also like to add colour and pupils to the character and maybe make him blink to add more character to the walk cycle. This was done in TVpaint.
